Refresh

We should refresh our spirit and  motivation. We must make our life is different than before. Change to be better. We will get happiness if we can do it.

My brother, we must make ourselves are useful to people and environment around us. We should not be burden to others. We should effort to help, not to be helped. We can be rich man then we spread our money to people who very need it like poor man, etc. We can own a lot of knowledge, so we can spread it to everyone.

We also try to make the best to all of our duty and mandate.

Change to Be Better

My brother, I want to write here that we can change ourselves. It is not something impossible. I ever wrote in my writing that the characteristic our life is growing. The animal’s body changing from small into big show that it grows. There is changing from small to be big. It is the characteristic of life.

Our life must grow. If we don’t grow, so our life has problem. We die if there is no growing in ourselves. Something that must grow is not only our body, our hair, our nail or our age. No! But also our knowledege, our capabilty, our skill, our creation, and our action that can create benefit.

So, my brother, once again I say that changing to be better is not imposible thing. We can prove it. Let’s prove it. We prove to ourselves and to others. But of course, it is by Allah help, by Allah permission.

Now, let say together, “I can change to be better in many aspects. In knowledge, ability, skill, creation, etc. Yeah, I can by Allah help”.

Brave to Face New Challenge

My brother, we should be better, better, and better than before. Today, must be better than yesterday. Tomorrow, must be better than today. It is sign that we thank to Allah. Allah has given us more time (additional time) for live in this world. So we should have something better in many aspects.

One of way to do it, we should brave to try something new. We should not affraid to get new challenge. It can educate us. It will teach us. So we can be better in many aspects, not only one aspect.

My brother, new challenge will give us more spirit. It will make our motivation be higher, so we will think deeper and effort harder than before.

If we brave to face new challenge, we will get big oppurtinity to move orselves to be more progressive. We can be better than before. We will get more “achievement” in our life.

May we brave to face the new challenges in our life. Ameen.

Keep Spirit by Remembering Death

My brother, I get one wisdom that it is important for our life. It is about way for keep spirit and have high motivation and also how to make the best.

The way is we remember about our death. We don’t know, when Allah will take our life. We don’t know when angel of death “kill” us. It can be tomorrow or after this. Rasulullah ever explained that we should do anything like we will die tomorrow. So, because we feel that we will die tomorrow, our action is the last action. Our deed is our last deed. So, we must do the best, because it is the last.

My brother, actually death is mystery for us. When we pass our day actually our age is decreased. Our age is decreased every day. It mean that we will die soon, nearer than before.

My brother, many people (may be we are part of them) forget abot death. We get fun and never think about it. We live like we live forever in this world. We forget that after this life will come real life. It is hereafter life.

So my brother, I urge to us, especially myself to remember about death more than before and we should make the best of our deed. May be we will die timirrow, after tomorrow. Or may be today. We don’t know it. It is msytery.

Prefer al-Quran

My brother, I only to tell you about a suggestion from my teacher. He said that we should make al-Quran number one in our daily schedule.

 So, if there are two important activities, between al-Quran and a activity we should choose al-Quran be number one. After memorizing/reading al-Quran we can do the other activity.

Mr brother, I have tried it and so difficult. Sometims I can and sometimes I can not. But really, when I can do it well, I get calm in my heart. I also get happiness. Subhanallah. MasyaAllah.

True Success

Everyone in this world want to get success. They want to reach what they dream and they want to get what they want. But, many people only dream and never take action. It make them only become dreamer and never reach their goal.

So this way, for reaching success we need action. We do and effort hard. We do maximally anything that can reach our dream. For example, if we want to be master in playing football so we should play football everyday. If we want to be master in english so we should stud english everyday. So, we should do actions or doings that can lead us to reach our dream.

Talking about success, many people get wrongness in definition. They define success as material only. For example, they want to get a lot of money for their life. But actually, the meaning of success is not only that. Beside for getting money, we also should spread our money to other people who need it. It mean that our success is not only for ourselves but also for others. Beside that, the true success is not only in the world, but also in hereafter. For example, we want to be master in english. So. It’s not only for the world but also for hereafter.

So, we should have good view in looking success. Not only “world view” but also “hereafter view”. We make balance between world and hereafter. Success in the world and also success in hereafter. And we should prefer hereafter than world. :)

The True Meaning of Focus

My brother, for reaching success we need focus. But many people get wrongness in understanding of focus. If we have dream they suggest us to choose only one dream. We are not allowed to own many dreams. Why? Because according to them, it for making us focus in reaching our dream.

But in my opinion, the meaning of focus is not like that. We are allowed to own many dreams. We also can be focus in all of our dreams. We can do all of activities that can reach our dream. But, when we do one activity (one dream)  we are focus and we don’t think about aother activity (dream). When we change our activity we should be focus in that activity and we don’t think about others.

So, eventhough we have many dreams it does’n matter. We can be focus in all of our dreams. The most important we don’t do activities that doesn’t bring us to get dreams.

Okey, keep spirit. :)

For Keep Motivation

My brother, I only want to say to you that we need motivation for reaching success. But, how the way to keep our motivation?

One of the way is we write motivation words on a paper. Then we put the paper in places that we can look it easily. It can be mirror, wallet, dekstop of laptop, or in other places. So when we are not spirit and we look that words motivation we will get high motivation again.

The other way is we often speak affirmation words loudly. What is the example for this one? The example is like this: 

“I am the special...

I am the winner...

I must be able...”

Say it loudly frequently. If we can, say it loudly in the morning after waking up from sleep.

How about us? Can we?

The Most Dangerous Barrier

My brother, just now I joined motivation training that is held by STAI Luqman AL-Hakim Surabaya. The motivator is Faqih Syarif, a spritual motivator.

He told about the way to get success. The formula is HIT. H= “Hancurkan penghalang”. The meaning is, destroy the barrier. I = “Impianmu tuliskan”. Write your dream. T =”Tingkatkan kemampuanmu”. Improve your abilty.

He said that the obstacle or barrier that must be destroyed there are two. Visible barrier and invisible barrier. The example of invisible barrier is negative thinking, fear of failure, and destructive character.

But I think, there is one more barrier that we must destroy. It is sin or immoral, especially caused by eyes (immoral/sin of eyes). Really,  in my opinion, it is the most dangerous barrier in this life. I said like that based on my experience.

May we can be safe from this barrier. Ameen.

The Amazing of Youth

My brother, just now I was invited to be speaker in masjid Nurul Huda, Prupuh, Panceng, Gresik, East Java, Indonesia. The inviter is commitee of Remas (masjid teenager) there. I told about about “The Amazing of Youth”.

In this oppurtinity, I will tell what I have told in that program. May be, the reader can take advantage from this. :)

Youth or teenager have amazing thing in theirselves. Soekarno, first president of Indonesia ever told, “give me 10 youths I will shake the world”. He didn’t say old man, but young man. Why? Because a  youth has power, spirit, brilliant idea, etc  that old man don’t have it. 

If we read history, we will find that many youths have amazing achievement eventhough their age still young. Usamah bin Zaid was believed by Rasulullah to be leader in war. His age was only 19 years. Imam Nawawi can wrote amazing book like “Riyadus shalihin” or  “Arba’in Nawawi” when he was young, Imam Syafi’i became ‘mufti’ when he was 15 years old, etc. So, many young man proved that they can create something amazing eventhough they were still young.

Hm...my brother, actually still many things that I told but I want to resume it. The last thing that I delivered to audience is Ali bin Abi Thalib saying. He said, “laisal fataa man yaquulu hadzaa abii. Walakinnal fataa man yaquulu haa anaa dza”. A real youths is  not someone who say, this is my father. But the real youth is who say, this is me”.

So, as youth, we should maximilize our time and oppurtinity. We develop our capibilty. We make it progress. And then, we should make achievement. Our own achievement, Not our father, mother, or our friend achievement. Okey??? :)
