Spritual Motivation is The Best

My brother, I ever read a motivation book. The title is "Al-Quwwah Ar-ruuhiyah". The author is ust. Faqih Syarif.

He said in his book that there are 3 kinds of motivation. Material motivation, emotional motivation, and spiritual motivation. The example of material motivation is, we do something because of money, motorcycle, home, etc. The example of emotional motivation is, we do something because we want to make happy our parents, brother, etc. And the example of spritual motivation is, we do something because of Allah, because we hope paradise.

Ust. Faqih Syarif also explained that, the best motivation is spritual motivation. Why? Because, by spritual motivation, we will get very strong motivation and can be long time. Beside that, we will do the best for reaching paradise by our doing.

So, if we want to get strong and long motivation/spirit, we must choose spritual motivation. We effort something because of Allah and for getting paradise. :)

Remember Death

My brother......life is temporary. The eternal life is hereafter. So, life is not only here, but also there. Morover, life in hereafter is real life and life in this world is unreal life. In other word, life in the world is preparation for life in hereafter.

Someone who always remember about "connector" of these two lives (death) is the best person or the smartest man. Yeah, it is ever told by our lovely prophet Muhammad Saw. Not only remember, but he prepare himself seriously to face the eternal life, hereafter.

The question is, Why does remembering death activity can make someone be smartest? The answer is, because someone who always remember death, will do the best in all of his activity. He feel that he will die tomorrow, so today he do, try, and effort seriously and make it the best.

This is the real smartest according to prophet Muhammad saw. As his followers, off course we must believe him. Eventhough it's differnt with general understanding/perception about "smartest", but we must believe his guidance. And, we will find that his teaching (that is guided by Allah) is very wonderful.

So this way my brorher, I invite myself and also all of you to remember death and prepare ourself to face it. Let's try. :)

Changing Bad Habit is not Imposibble

My brother, I often ask to my self, can I change? Can I change from zero to hero? Can I change to be better than before? Can I change my bad habit to be good habit?

Yeah..there are many questions in my head about changing myself. Actually, I know that I can change. But, after I look my self, why di I still like this.

Hm..Actually, The changing our self is not only in one aspect, but in many aspects. Specially for me, I have a bad "habit". I still can't delete it. Untill now, I can't change it.

Actually, I often say to my self that I can delete my bad "habit". Not only say it in myself, but also I write abut it in facebook, in blog, and diary book. But, I don't know, I am still not able to stop. I still like it. I still like my bad habit. Astaghfirullah.

Really, honestly, I often think that to change my bad "habit" is almost imposibble. I also almost give up.

But alhamdulillah, I got good statement from my friend when we chatted in facebook. he said to me that to get big spirit, do anything consistantly, and make many creations in the woeld are not imposibble. "We can reach it. It's not impossible", he said.

Actually, his advice is about spirit, consistant, etc. For getting all of it is not imposibble. But, beside I get spirit to reach it all, I also remember about my willing to delete and erase my bad "habit".

So, I also can take learning or hikmah for his statement that to delete my bad "habit" is not imposibble

My brother, I will effort to delete my bad "habit". How about you? Do you also want to delete your bad habit? I f your answer is 'yes'. I pray to God in order you can. But please, pray to God too, in order I also can delete my bad "habit".

Yeah, may we can :)
